The maximum number of students in each class is 40. The fact that classes are held with such a small number of students and the ‘open door’ policy creates a positive communication climate for students. These two policies are of great importance to the Faculty in achieving its goal of personalized education, so as to allow students get in direct contact with academic staff. Our students also have the opportunity to sign up for double major and minor programs, to shape their education in line with their interests. In addition, students can participate in national and international projects carried out by faculty members. Our students has also access to internship opportunities in a wide range of areas.

Managed entirely by our students, the Faculty of Business Club continues to have a big impact on the students’ personal and social development. With the support of Faculty Administration every year they bring together various activities such as seminars, meetings, summits, workshops and carrier days. Besides, through courses such as “Social Responsibility Projects”, “Gender Equality”, “International Business Seminars” etc., students are introduced to the realities, challenges and opportunities of the society in which they live. Among these, social responsibility projects not only widen our students’ horizons, but also enable them to contribute to the society.

The priority of modern education methods is supported by the presence of innovative curricula, modern technological facilities (303 computers, 105 printers, 39 projectors, 18 Television sets etc.) and innovative software. In addition, seminars and workshops on diverse learning strategies and teaching methods help faculty members to keep up-to-date with current developments on teaching technologies.

Faculty of Business International Student and Scholar Office (ISSO) provides orientation, guidance and information to incoming and outgoing exchange students & staff regarding financial, procedural, cultural, and academic concerns within the scheme of Erasmus+, Mevlana and other exchange programs. The Office organizes International Week each year in May as an “Internationalization at home” activity since 2007. Around 20 to 40 academics from various European universities have participated in these programs throughout the last nine years. These International Weeks which we organize in a festival mood give our students the chance to internationalize by joining the lectures of international academics.

Businet and Nice Network memberships and their relevant activities are also run by ISSO that gives momentum  to internalization process of the Faculty.

Faculty has around  57  agreements within the Erasmus + Scheme and  13 Academic Collaboration Protocols with China, S. Thus, they have the chance to study at partner universities overseas, meet different cultures and study in an environment that will lead them a way to get prepared for their future career.  Besides outgoing programmes, the faculty hosts many students both as exchange and full-time students from Europe, Balkans, Asia or North Africa.
